Company

Built in Johannesburg to move Africa's money.

PayNable is a South African payments infrastructure company. We build, certify and operate the ISO 20022 connections that put banks, mobile money operators and fintechs onto TCIB, the SADC real-time cross-border payment scheme. Then we take the same playbook to the next region.

What we do

We own the rails, region by region.

Participants pay once to connect and a fee per transaction once they are live, so PayNable grows only when their payment volumes do.

Build

We connect your core banking or wallet platform to ISO 20022 and take you through scheme testing and certification, on a fixed plan.

Run

We operate the connection to the switch around the clock on production and disaster-recovery paths, and reconcile every settlement cycle.

Repeat

Every corridor we open makes the next one faster. After SADC, we take the same rails to other regional and global ISO 20022 instant-payment schemes.

Leadership

The people accountable for PayNable.

PayNable is led by its founding directors, who are accountable for the company and the rails it operates.
